TERRY, Lee Raymond, a Representative from Nebraska; born in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebr., January 29, 1962; graduated from Northwest High School; B.A., University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Nebr., 1984; J.D., Creighton Law School, Omaha, Nebr., 1987; member of Omaha, Nebr., city council, 1991-1998; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixth and to the six succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1999-present).
