TALLON, Robert Mooneyhan, Jr. (Robin), a Representative from South Carolina; born in Hemingway, Williamsburg County, S.C., August 8, 1946; graduated from Dillon High School, Dillon, S.C., 1964; attended the University of South Carolina, Columbia, S.C., 1964-1965; B.A., American University, Washington, D.C., 1994; clothing business owner and real estate broker; delegate, White House Conference on Small Business, 1979-1980; member of the South Carolina state house of representatives, 1980-1982; elected as a Democrat to the Ninety-eighth and to the four succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1983-January 3, 1993); was not a candidate for renomination to the One Hundred Third Congress in 1992; private advocate; is a resident of Florence, S.C.
