SWINDALL, Patrick Lynn, a
Representative from Georgia; born in Gadsden, Ala., October 18,
1950; attended public schools; B.A., University of Georgia, 1972;
J.D., University of Georgia School of Law, 1975; practiced law in
Atlanta, Ga., 1975-1984; elected as a Republican to the
Ninety-ninth and One Hundredth Congresses (January 3, 1985-January
3, 1989); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1988 to the One
Hundred First Congress; is a resident of Stone Mountain, Ga.
