Otto Kerner to head Illinois Office of Intergovernmental Cooperation, 1967-1969; member, Illinois general assembly, 1968-1980; died on February 2, 2020, in Farmington, Ill.; interment in Abingdon Cemetery, Abingdon, Ill.
