LUNDIN Frederick , a Representative from Illinois; born in the parish of Vestra Tollstad, Hastholmen, Sweden, May 18, 1868; immigrated to the United States and settled in Chicago, Ill., in 1880; completed academic studies; president of Lundin & Co., manufacturing chemists; member of the State senate 1894-1898; elected as a Republican to the Sixty-first Congress (March 4, 1909-March 3, 1911); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1910 to the Sixty-second Congress; resumed manufacturing interests until retirement in 1916; died in Beverly Hills, Calif., August 20, 1947; interment in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Ill.
