LeBOUTILLIER, John, a Representative from New York; born in Glen Cove, Nassau County, N.Y., May 26, 1953; attended grammar school in Greenvale, N.Y.; graduated from Brooks School, North Andover, Mass., 1971; A.B., Harvard University, 1976; M.B.A., Harvard Business School, 1979; elected as a Republican to the Ninety-seventh Congress (January 3, 1981-January 3, 1983); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1982 to the Ninety-eighth Congress; president of account, POW/MIA, Inc.; chairman of the board, Winston Churchill Foundation; is a resident of Westbury, N.Y.
