LATHAM, Thomas, a Representative from Iowa; born in Hampton, Franklin County, Iowa, July 14, 1948; graduated from Cal Community College, Latimer, Iowa, 1966; attended Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa, 1966-1967, and Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, 1967-1970; business owner; delegate, Republican National Convention, 1992; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Fourth and to the eight succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1995-present).
