KENNEDY, Joseph Patrick,
II, (son of Robert Francis Kennedy, nephew of Edward Moore
Kennedy and John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and great-grandson of John
Francis Fitzgerald; cousin of Patrick Joseph Kennedy), a
Representative from Massachusetts; born in Brighton, Mass.,
September 24, 1952; B.A., University of Massachusetts, Boston,
Mass., 1976; established and operated Citizens Energy Corporation
and other public-interest energy companies; elected as a Democrat
to the One Hundredth and to the five succeeding Congresses (January
3, 1987-January 3, 1999); was not a candidate for reelection to the
One Hundred Sixth Congress in 1998.
