FULLER, Benoni Stinson, a
Representative from Indiana; born near Boonville, Warrick County,
Ind., November 13, 1825; attended the common schools; taught school
in Warrick County; sheriff of Warrick County in 1856 and 1858;
served in the State senate in 1862, 1870, and 1872; member of the
State house of representatives 1866-1868; elected as a Democrat to
the Forty-fourth and Forty-fifth Congresses (March 4, 1875-March 3,
1879); was not a candidate for renomination in 1878; engaged in
agricultural pursuits in Warrick County; died in Boonville, Ind.,
April 14, 1903; interment in Old Boonville Cemetery.
