David DAVIS

DAVIS, David, a Representative from Tennessee; born in Johnson City, Washington County, Tenn., November 6, 1959; A.S., California College for Health Sciences, National City, Calif., 1983; B.S., Milligan College, Milligan College, Tenn., 1991; business owner; unsuccessful candidate for nomination for the 105th Congress in 1996; member of the Tennessee state general assembly, 1999-2006; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Tenth Congress (January 3, 2007-January 3, 2009); unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the One Hundred Eleventh Congress in 2008.
