DANNER, Patsy Ann (Pat), a
Representative from Missouri; born in Louisville, Ky., January 13,
1934; attended public schools in Bevier, Mo.; B.A., Northeast
Missouri State University, 1972; vice chair, Ninth Congressional
District Democratic Committee, northeast Missouri, 1970-1972;
chair, Macon County Democratic Committee, 1970-1972; district
assistant to Representative Jerry L. Litton, 1973-1976; federal
co-chair, Ozarks Regional Commission, 1977-1981; member, State
senate, 1983-1993; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Third
and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1993-January 3,
2001); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred
Seventh Congress.
