The Question:

How many women have been on the FBI's Most Wanted List?

The Answer:

From the time of the list's creation in March 1950 through May 2006, 482 fugitives had spent time on the FBI's Most Wanted List.

Only seven of those fugitives were women.

The first, Ruth Eisemann-Schier, was added in 1968 for kidnaping, extortion, and other crimes.
