Fact Finder Download Instructions (Windows only)

  1. Click here to download ffinstall.exe (1.1 mb). You will be prompted for the directory in which to save the file on your local machine.
  2. To install Fact Finder, simply run the downloaded file ffinstall.exe by double-clicking on it in Windows Explorer.
  3. Click on the blue Information Please icon in your taskbar to use Fact Finder.

Sherlock Download Instructions (Macintosh only)

  1. Click here to Download the plug-in.
  2. After downloading the plugin, drop it into your system folder, and it will be available when you start up Sherlock.
